Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking a Finance Operations / Fund Accounting Officer to support its finance team.
Responsibilities
Handle daily payment processing, including fund and SPV payments.
Prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and routine accounting records.
Support month-end closing and follow up on outstanding items.
Prepare semi-annual FRR 9 reports.
Review payment documentation, approvals, and internal-control compliance.
Liaise with fund administrators, banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate finance records and support ad hoc projects.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Over 5 years relevant experience.
Relevant experience in accounting, fund administration, private equity, asset management, or financial services.
Familiarity with fund structures, SPVs, payments, general ledger entries, and month-end closing.
FRR 9 reporting experience is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
Good English and Chinese communication skills preferred.
