About the company
Our client is a well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for high caliber for their Digital Transformation position under Omni Channel team.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Channel, you will formulate end-to-end digital banking transformation strategies for various retail banking channels, including branch, contact center, online banking etc. You will act as a channel owner to develop roadmap of digital development and work closely with Product, IT, Operation, PMO and Compliance teams in launching innovative, digital and technological advancement to enhance business performance. You have to generate new ideas in implementing competitive digital solutions and enhancing customer digital journey from market research, business planning to execution. In addition, you are required to lead new fintech development and other AI-related projects aiming at driving business revenue and productivity for the bank.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, digital development or other related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in digital transformation in banking channels with good project management skills.
Good business sense and knowledgeable in various retail banking product and business operations required.
Strong understanding of digital trends in banking industry with innovative mind in leading technology-based development plans.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
