About the company
Our client is a well-established retail bank in HK. To cope with their business expansion, they are now seeking for candidate for an Insurance Business & Sales Support Manager position.
About the role
Report directly to the Head of Insurance Business, you are responsible for developing business strategies of Insurance Products to maximize insurance revenue and growth. You are required to conduct sales report analysis and manage channel sales performance. You will monitor branch sales and propose ideas to drive business initiatives. You have to provide insurance product training and coaching on new product launch to front line staff. You will work closely with product team on product features development and design selling procedures to ensure smooth operations of insurance business in the bank.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or other related disciplines.
Minimum 4-5 years of insurance support experience in bancassurance in banks or insurance companies.
Good product knowledge in insurance products development with solid marketing background.
Sound communications skills in managing various stakeholders and insurance partners.
Independent, multi-tasking and excellent presentation skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Holder of IIQE (paper 1, 2, 3 and 5) required.
