About The Client
Our client is seeking an experienced property management professional to oversee a commercial portfolio in Hong Kong, which includes shopping mall and commercial buildings.
About the role
Oversee the daily management and operation of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring smooth building operations and high service standards.
Lead on-site property management teams and supervise service providers, including security, cleaning, maintenance, lift, and air-conditioning contractors.
Manage annual budgets, operating expenses, and year-end reporting matters.
Handle tenant relations, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and support leasing and fitting-out matters where required.
Drive asset enhancement, maintenance planning, and improvement works for the portfolio.
Support sustainability and ESG-related building initiatives, including energy efficiency, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.
The successful applicants
Degree holder in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
Holder of a valid Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence in Hong Kong
Professional membership such as HKIH, CIH, or equivalent is preferred
Solid experience in commercial property management, with exposure to office, retail, or mixed-use portfolios
Proven people management experience with the ability to lead site teams and external vendors effectively
Strong knowledge of building operations, budgeting, tenancy management, and relevant property regulations
Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
