About the company

Our client is a well-established and sizable banking group in Hong Kong. Due to the recent expansion, they are looking for high caliber to join their Customer & Business Analytics team for a (Senior) Manager position.

About the role

Reporting to the Section Head, you will be responsible for conducting data analysis on retail banking business, products, customer segments and channels mix (online and offline) to provide insights and identify opportunities in driving business growth. You are required to prepare various business analytics reports and predictive models on customer behavior, pre and post campaign and customer journey to provide business insight to management. You will work closely with business units (such as Marketing, Product and Sales teams) by providing product performance, campaign result suggestions and quantitative strategy from data mining. In addition, you will participate in the AI development projects on data warehouse and digital business, and assist in building analytical modelling for management decision.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

Degree holder preferably in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Business Administration or related disciplines.

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in customer data and business analytics in banking / Financial Services industry.

Strong business sense and sound analytical modelling skills.

Solid knowledge in SAS, SQL, Python and Tableau, with other database programming tools.

Experience in AI projects on customer / CRM platform is definitely an advantage.

Well-versed communication and presentation skills.

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
