About the company
Our client is a fast growing financial firm in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion, they are now looking for high caliber to join their unsecured lending product team for a Senior Product Manager position.
About the role
Reporting to the Product Head of Loans Product Development, you are responsible for developing overall product plans of personal loans products. You are requested to formulate business strategies in driving consumer loans product target by managing product development, marketing and channel sales plans. You need to implement product development from product pricing, features design, product compliance to customer journey experience to maximize business profits. In addition, you will participate in digital projects and system enhancement to achieve loans business growth effectively.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
University Graduate in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in managing unsecured Lending products in retail banks or sizeable financial firms.
Excellent product knowledge in consumer Loans and sound digital project management skills.
Strategic mind, good business sense and multi-tasking.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
