About the Role

Rerporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Partnership Manager owns the spaces where the world's leading brands and creators converge. This is a high-visibility, relationship-driven arena requiring a rare duality: the poise to converse seamlessly with family offices, elite property developers, and luxury landlords, coupled with the intuition to decode the exact aspirations of premier fashion maisons and creative directors. You will cultivate an intimate mastery of every venue within the portfolio-knowing its untold potential, its unique narrative, and its operational rhythms better than anyone else. From orchestrating high-stakes site visits to representing the brand with elegance on live production days, you will embody the face, voice, and standard of excellence for our client.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in event agency, luxury hospitality, real estate, F&B, and NGO.

A proven ability to build and hold senior relationships with landlords, developers, family offices, private owners, luxury brands, corporate clients, or production houses.

Comfort thriving in high-stakes environments where standards are exacting, details matter profoundly, and discretion is paramount.

Strong commercial acumen and an operational instinct, capable of spotting opportunities, structuring deals, hosting site visits, and maintaining composure during live activations.

Clear and confident communication skills, fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a prerequisite for this role.
