Senior Leasing Manager (Developer, Retail Portfolio)

About The Client

Our client is a well-established property developer and asset owner with a diversified portfolio of retail, commercial, hospitality, and residential assets in Hong Kong. Due to ongoing portfolio enhancement and leasing initiatives, they are seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Manager.

About the role

Lead all leasing activities for a portfolio of retail properties in Hong Kong.

Formulate and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental income, and long-term asset value.

Identify and secure new leasing opportunities with local and international retailers, F&B operators, lifestyle brands, and service providers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property agents, and market stakeholders.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and tenant mix reviews to support strategic leasing decisions.

Negotiate lease terms, renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy agreements in line with business objectives.

The successful applicants

Degree holder in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Surveying, or related discipline.

Minimum 8-12 years of retail leasing experience, preferably gained from property developers, landlords or REITs

Proven track record in retail leasing, tenant relationship management, and portfolio optimization.

Strong network with retailers, F&B operators, and leasing agencies in Hong Kong.

Sound understanding of Hong Kong retail market trends and leasing practices.

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
