Assistant Property Manager (Developer, Shopping Mall)

About our Client

Our client is a Hong Kong Listed Developer in Hong Kong with a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail assets. They are currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager to manage one of their prominent shopping malls

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day property management operations of the shopping mall, including security, cleaning, technical maintenance, and customer service.

Act as the primary site-in-charge to ensure the mall operates smoothly, safely, and to the highest industry standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail tenants, addressing their needs, handling inquiries, and resolving any operational disputes.

Manage the annual property management budget, monitor financial performance, and oversee procurement and vendor contracts.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and leasing teams to facilitate mall promotional events, exhibitions, and tactical campaigns.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the on-site property management team to deliver excellent service to shoppers and tenants.

The successful applicants

Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.

Professional qualifications in property management, such as PMP Tier 1, MCIH, MHKIH, or RPHM, are highly advantageous.

Minimum of 6 years of solid property management experience, with a proven track record specifically in managing shopping malls or retail portfolios.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional on-site teams and external contractors.

Excellent problem-solving abilities, commercial awareness, and a customer-centric mindset.
