岗位职责
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Antibody Engineering/Phage Display team and provide scientific direction, mentorship, and career development to scientists.
• Design and execute antibody discovery/optimization campaigns across display platforms.
• Act as key liaison for client projects, ensuring delivery of scientific objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with protein sciences, assay development, project management, and business development teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, methods, and tools that enhance antibody engineering outcomes and platform capabilities
岗位要求
Qualifications:
• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field.
• 2+ years of antibody engineering and phage display experience in biotech/pharma/CRO, including leadership or project lead experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with phage display technology including library design, construction, panning/selection, screening, and hit identification.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to engage with global clients.
• Track record of scientific excellence (publications, patents, or contributions to pipeline programs).
