About The Client
Our client is a well-established property developer with a prominent retail portfolio in Hong Kong. They are seeking an energetic and passionate Senior Leasing Officer to support the leasing and tenancy management of a leading shopping destination.
About the role
Handle leasing activities, including prospecting, negotiation, renewal and documentation
Identify suitable retail brands and develop an attractive tenant mix
Maintain strong relationships with tenants, retailers and property agents
Conduct market research and monitor the latest retail and consumer trends
Prepare leasing proposals, reports and rental analyses
Support ad hoc tasks and business initiatives
The successful applicants
Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or a related discipline
At least 4 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably with major shopping malls or property developers
Energetic, passionate and commercially driven with strong market awareness
Good understanding of retail brands, consumer behaviour and emerging market trends
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Proactive, presentable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
