About The Role
Reporting to the Manager Learing and development, this Senior Officer role supports corporate learning initiatives, leadership development programmes, and training projects across the organization. The successful candidate will partner with internal stakeholders to drive learning effectiveness and support talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Program Design: Partner with leadership to design, develop, and execute comprehensive corporate training programs, with a primary focus on new leadership skills and management capability building.
End-to-End L&D Operations: Manage the full learning lifecycle-from training needs analysis (TNA), content curation, and vendor management to program delivery, facilitation, and post-training evaluation.
Planning & Execution Excellence: Bring strong logical thinking and strategic mindset to the team, assisting leadership in proactive L&D planning while remaining hands-on in day-to-day delivery.
Team Support & Collaboration: Work closely with team members to bridge capability gaps and ensure seamless execution of departmental initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Cross-functional Support: Collaborate on broader organizational development, employee engagement, and talent initiatives as part of the wider HR team.
Process Enhancement: Continuously review and refine training processes, digital learning adoption, and operational workflows to ensure a high-quality, impactful learning experience.
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
Possess 5 to 8 years of solid Learning & Development / Training experience, gained within sizeable, well-established corporations, conglomerates, or multinational organizations.
Proven track record in designing and implementing corporate training and backend program management, particularly in leadership development.
Candidates with a Talent Management background who are hands-on, willing to drive delivery, and possess strong execution skills are also welcome.
Highly driven, adaptable, and demonstrating a strong sense of ownership, with high potential for career progression.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a consultative and proactive approach.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
