About The Role
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this role supports the full spectrum of HR activities across North Asia. The successful candidate will be involved in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR projects, while partnering closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders to support business and people objectives.
Responsibilities
Support daily HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and policy implementation.
Partner with hiring managers to manage recruitment activities across North Asia and support talent acquisition initiatives.
Participate in HR transformation and process improvement projects, including HRIS enhancements, user testing, and workflow optimization.
Drive employee engagement, culture-building, CSR activities, and internal events to foster a positive workplace environment.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support ongoing HR initiatives and organizational development efforts.
Requirements
Degree holder with solid HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HRBP experience.
Hands-on experience covering HR operations and recruitment within a service-oriented or customer-centric environment.
Exposure to HR systems, process improvement, or transformation projects; Workday experience is highly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different markets and cultures.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive individual who enjoys balancing operational responsibilities with project-based work.
Stable career history and a genuine interest in employee engagement and culture initiatives.
