Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and investment analysis on land, property and development opportunities across Hong Kong and Asia.
Perform feasibility studies, market assessments and competitor analysis to support investment decisions.
Prepare financial models, cash flow forecasts and investment appraisals.
Collect, analyse and consolidate market intelligence, planning information and industry data.
Prepare investment papers, business proposals and management reports.
Provide research, analytical and administrative support to a team of investment managers on acquisition and development projects.
Requirements:
Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines.
1-3 years of experience in investment analysis, financial analysis, valuation, property consultancy or property development.
Strong financial modelling and feasibility study experience.
Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel and financial modelling.
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Detail-minded, proactive and willing to handle extensive research and documentation work.
Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and internship exposure in real estate or finance are welcome.
