Infrastructure Specialist/Senior Systems Engineer (Up to 60K)

Duties

Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services.

Manage Exchange Server/Exchange Online, hybrid environments, mail flow and email security.

Maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure, including ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS and storage platforms.

Perform server administration, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, backup and disaster recovery activities.

Support Windows 10/11 endpoints, enterprise storage (SAN/NAS), server hardware and infrastructure monitoring tools.

Implement security hardening, vulnerability remediation and identity & access management solutions.

Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and support infrastructure projects, documentation and vendor management.

Support OpenShift/Kubernetes, AI infrastructure and data platform environments where applicable.

Requirements

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure administration and support.

Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory and VMware vSphere.

Experience supporting enterprise backup solutions (e.g. Veeam), SAN/NAS storage and server hardware platforms.

Knowledge of cybersecurity, MFA, Entra ID, Conditional Access and CIS security standards.

Experience with PowerShell scripting; exposure to Ansible, Terraform or IaC is an advantage.

Knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, AI infrastructure or RHEL administration is highly desirable.

Strong problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Relevant Microsoft, VMware, Red Hat, Veeam, Kubernetes or ITIL certifications are preferred.
