Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end import/export shipping and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery schedules for all job orders.
Supervise the preparation, review, and compliance of shipping documents with high accuracy (e.g., Bill of Lading, Packing List, and related trade documents).
Evaluate and manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and courier service providers; negotiate rates and service levels to achieve cost-effective shipping solutions.
Monitor global shipments and proactively handle shipping delays, customs holds, and other logistics or clearance issues.
Review freight costs, verify logistics invoices, and ensure billing accuracy.
Ensure all shipping activities comply with applicable local and international trade and customs regulations, including correct use of required declarations and shipping terms.
Job Requirements
HKDSE / Form 5 or above.
3–5 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management, with prior managerial or senior supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of international trade and import/export regulations, including Tradelink declarations and shipping terms.
Highly detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and oversight of shipping documentation and operational workflows.
Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
