Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

1、Spearhead the visual conceptualization and end-to-end execution for the mall's marketing campaigns, festive promotions, and brand events.

2、Strictly review all visual outputs to ensure absolute adherence to the Group's Visual Identity (VI) guidelines.

3、Lead the graphic visual extensions and creative conceptualization of large-scale festive decorations and seasonal art installations within the mall.

4、Coordinate on-site photography for key tenant and mall-owned events, strictly controlling the visual tone and imagery quality.

5、Standardize the output of production files and technical specifications, manage project feedback and revision workflows, and strictly adhere to project timelines while safeguarding design integrity.

Major Tasks & Activities:

1、Oversee the visual design and layout standardization for omnichannel marketing collaterals, including but not limited to: large-scale indoor/outdoor posters, leaflets, brochures, print ads (newspapers/magazines), transit/MTR advertising, VIP gift packaging, event backdrops, and banners.

2、Manage the end-to-end process of festive decoration projects: including material sourcing and sampling, factory production supervision, on-site installation guidance, and post-event safe dismantling.

3、Execute high-end commercial photography retouching and visual packaging to ensure alignment with the premium texture and quality standards of luxury commercial real estate.

4、Act as the primary design liaison, efficiently collaborating with internal teams and external vendors (printing houses, decoration contractors, advertising agencies) to ensure precise translation of design intent and high-quality deliverables.

5、Complete other ad-hoc design tasks and provide support for urgent projects as assigned by management.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Environmental Art, or related disciplines (A portfolio demonstrating your highest standard of work must be presented during the interview).

2、Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and festive decoration/art installation projects.

3、Must possess hands-on experience in large-scale festive decorations, spatial visual design, or marketing campaign execution within premium shopping malls or renowned 4A/creative agencies.

4、Highly proficient in mainstream design software, specifically the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

5、Solid foundation in layout design and typography, with a profound understanding of Visual Identity (VI) systems.

6、Familiar with various printing techniques, material properties for festive decorations, and on-site construction and installation standards.

7、Highly responsible with strong attention to detail; capable of independently managing multiple tasks in parallel; adaptable to the fast-paced environment and flexible working hour requirements driven by project milestones in the premium commercial real estate sector.

8、Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English; able to clearly articulate design concepts and efficiently drive cross-functional collaboration.
