Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
1.Assist the Assistant Director – Marketing in developing innovative, strategic, smooth and quality events, sales promotions and tenants events of the project. 协助部门负责人策划并执行各类创新的、有战略意义的且高质量的主题活动及促销推广项目。
2.Tenants relationship management维护与核心商户的合作关系。
3.Develop and maintain sound working relationships and develop strong partnership with different stakeholders such as events companies, charities bodies, event agencies, and related government departments in order to achieve good exposure of the brand in a suitable manner. 与活动公司、公益组织、政府主管部门等相关合作方保持良好的合作，确保推广活动及宣传方案按时、高质量落地执行。
4.Analyse market trends and customer preferences so as to identify marketing and opportunity and changes in competition landscape. 分析行业趋势、消费者偏好及观众需求变化，持续关注竞品动态，挖掘新的推广创意和活动形式。
5.Manage the annual promotion budget and venue income. 制定项目推广活动预算及管理场地租赁收入。
Major Tasks & Activities:
1.Leading team and working partners, to plan and implement good events campaigns and sales promotions for the project, and to cooperate with tenants events, projecting a proper image of the centre befitting its positioning, as well as drawing traffic, sales and loyalty. 带领团队及外部合作方，结合项目的定位和调性，策划并执行各类主题活动及促销推广项目，配合商户开展专场活动，实现客流提升、销售增长和顾客忠诚度提高的目标。
2.Liaise and develop strong partnership with agencies, suppliers, government departments and tenants to ensure effective and quality events campaigns and communications plans for the project are delivered according to schedule. 对接活动公司、供应商、政府主管部门及场内商户，并建立良好的合作关系，确保推广活动及宣传方案按时、高质量落地执行。
3.Procure approval from relevant government departments where necessary. 根据项目需要完成政府部门的报批手续。
4.Manage and supervise agencies and suppliers and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of their work. 监督活动供应商日常工作开展情况，对其服务质量和项目成效进行考核评价。
5.Manage team and corresponding teams to ensure events and sales promotion will be successfully implemented. 统筹管理推广团队及其他合作伙伴，确保活动与促销项目顺利落地。
6.Manage the promotion budget. 制定项目推广活动预算，在保证活动品质的基础上，合理规划费用，严控成本。
7.Perform other duties as assigned to address business needs. 根据业务需求完成上级安排的其他工作。
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
1.Degree in marketing, public relations, art, literary studies, communication, or business-related discipline. Overseas education is a plus. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、媒体公关、艺术、文学、传播学、工商管理等相关专业。有海外留学背景优先。
2.8-10 years relevant experience in event management and retail marketing, at least 3 years at managerial level. 拥有8-10年活动策划、零售行业推广等相关工作经验，至少拥有3年及以上团队管理经验。
3.Prior industry experience in luxury goods, hospitality or entertainment will be highly desirable. 有奢侈品、五星级酒店或高端商业地产等相关行业经验优先。
4.Creative, analytical, digital savvy, strong in project management, event management in particular and problem solving. 具备敏锐的市场洞察力与创新思维，具备良好的数据分析能力，熟悉数字化运营，有优秀的项目管理和问题解决能力，尤其擅长活动统筹。
5.Excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, strong attention to detail. 有出色的时间管理能力，确保项目按期完成，做事细致严谨。
6.Excellent communicator, verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English will be highly preferable. 有良好的沟通协调能力，有较好的文字功底。英语听说读写流利，英文可作为工作语言。
7.Strong sense of aesthetics, luxury, lifestyle and have attention to details. 有独特的审美能力，关注奢侈品行业、潮流趋势及当下流行的生活方式。
8.Responsible, organised, self-motivated and a team player. 工作责任心强、条理清晰、积极主动，具备团队协作意识。
9.Work irregular hours when required. 必要时可以配合工作进行弹性加班。
