Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

Responsible for daily design and execution of brand-related visual materials(including but not limited to marketing collaterals, social media assets, and other visual content);

负责品牌平面视觉相关的日常设计及执行(包括但不限于宣传物料、社交媒体等平面视觉内容)；

Developing creative visual solutions based on brand positioning and communication strategy, and independently complete design projects;

根据品牌定位及传播策略，进行视觉创意表达并独立完成设计项目；

Collaborate closely with Marcom, Promotion, and CRM teams to provide high-quality visual support;

协同品牌、推广、CRM等团队，提供高质量的视觉支持；

Assist in following up on print production and craftsmanship to ensure final outputs meet brand quality standards;

协助跟进输出印刷与物料制作工艺，确保成品品质符合品牌标准;

Participate in major branding campaigns and promotional projects, providing visual planning and implementation support;

参与商场大型活动或推广项目的视觉规划与落地支持；

Assist from time to time the design requirements of different internal departments including, Portfolio, PMT，human Resources and Administration Department and Public Affairs Department;

协助其他内部部门(包括物业营运部、物业管理部、人力资源行政部及公共事务部)的设计需求；

Stay up to date with international design trends and continuously infuse the brand with innovative ideas;

保持对国际设计趋势的关注，不断为品牌注入创新灵感。

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

职位要求：

Bachelor's degree or above in Graphic Design, VisualCommunication, Art, or a related field;

平面设计、视觉传达、艺术类相关专业本科及以上学历；

Minimum of 3 years'experience in graphic design; shopping center marketing experience an advantage ;Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, illustrator, etc.) and other related design software;

3年以上平面设计经验，有商业地产工作背景优先，熟练掌握 Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop、llustrator)及相关设计软件；

Knowledgeable about printing techniques (e.g., hot stamping, UV coating, embossing) and material properties (e.g., acrylic, metal, paper), with the ability to manage end-to-end design-to-production workflows;

掌握印刷工艺（如烫金、UV、凹凸）与物料特性（如亚克力、金属、纸张），能独立完成从设计到输出的全流程；

Strongvisual aesthetic, layout skills, and keen attention to detail;

具备较好的视觉审美、排版能力与细节把控能力；

Strong sense of responsibility, execution capability, andability to work under pressure, with excellent team spirit;

有责任心，执行力强，抗压能力佳，具备良好的团队协作精神；

Good communication skills in both Chinese and English,with sensitivity to multicultural design contexts;良好的中英文沟通能力，能理解多文化语境下的设计需求；

Complete tasks assigned bysupervisors in a timely and effective manner;

完成上级分配的任务；
