Major Responsibilities and Tasks:
Building:
· Daily operation and maintenance of building works
· Conduct inspections of building works and prepare enhancement proposals
· Assist to coordinate for tenants’ fit-out control
· Supervise performances of contractors to ensure compliance with specification and EHS requirements
· Assist the Engineer / Assistant Engineer to organize, coordinate and manage specific projects
E&M:
· Daily operation and maintenance of building services systems (HVAC/FS/P&D/EL/ELV)
· Conduct inspections of building services facilities and prepare enhancement proposals
· Assist to coordinate for tenants’ fit-out control
· Supervise performances of contractors to ensure compliance with specification and EHS requirements
· Assist the Engineer / Assistant Engineer to organize, coordinate and manage specific projects
